The specialized Petrochemical Division can supply flanges from 1" to 72" and blinds/tube sheets up to 2000mm Ø.  A recent expansion to its product range is the production of stainless steel round bar in the size range from 170mm Ø to 450mm Ø.

Frankwen Forge can now do Machining of Nozzles as per customer drawing with centric or eccentric, cylindrical or spherical welding bevel, with horizontal or axially displaced welding extrusion and jut on pipe piece; at customer request also with contour forged weld extrusion, optimizing the grain flow for critical applications. on our Advanced  5 Axis CNC Milling Machine for those Specialized requirements and customer needs.

Frankwen Forge specializes in the manufacture of weld necks, slip-on's, blinds, long weld neck and special made to order flanges from 25 lb up to 1800 lb.  The works have a unique facility in that they can offer forging, heat treatment, machining and testing under one roof.
