Frankwen Forge manages continual improvement through a ISO 9000:2000 Quality Management System. In addition this is supported by Lloyds certification on forging manufacture.

Frankwen prides itself with a dynamic Quality section (of thirteen personnel). The Quality section provides the customer with superb service in CAD (of 3 dimensional capability) and Quality Control Planning development with a sound knowledge on international specification guidance.

The Quality Control Plans are supported by individual Job Cards that also indicate the inspection points which are physically signed off by the designated and authorised personnel and or AIA/Third party inspectors.

Frankwen has three level two certified NDE technicians that support internally defined verification as well as the customer with on site service. In addition to this there is a wealth of quality knowledge, supported by a vast wealth of knowledge of metals in Frankwen Forge (with two certified metallurgist covering our processes).

In addition to the above Frankwen Forge has close links with the Franktech (SANAS) approved Laboratory which is managed by a metallurgist.
